Subscription to LIVE services in Switzerland

My subscription to LIVE services has run out. The SMART dealer told me yesterday that TOMTOM live has been deactivated in all of Switzerland.... WHAT??
Please advise how to renew LIVE in Switzerland. thanks

    TomTom provides support for updates in MyDrive Connect. For queries regarding the LIVE Services and hardware, we advise customers to contact the car dealer.

    They are in a better position to clarify what is covered as per the contracts.
