Can't Log in to MyDrive Route planner online

    I have the same issue over 3 years later, can not log in to MyDrive.
    Tried both Chrome and Edge.
    This is a real dealbraeker, if you cant use the planning tool I have to look elsewhere for a service that actually works.

    Hi @AndyRebel

    I've had this happen a couple of times when my browser has gotten into a twist. I fixed it by clearing cookies for the site:

    On Chrome, right click on the padlock in the URL bar and then click on cookies. "Remove" everything listed in the box, click on "done" and then restart your browser and try again.

    Yeah, it is not working for Chrome for me today. Not impressed.

    Chrome... Version 84.0.4147.89 (Official Build) (64-bit) working fine here....
    I always use Chrome, for me it has the fastest Screen/Map-redraw for the MyDrive Web Route planner....

    I have tried using Firefox, Chrome & Internet Explorer - same problem on all 3 browsers - blank white box so can not log in.
    It was working earlier - but had problem as it would not sync with my devices.
    I have re-started PC - cleared cookies & history - no difference.

    Also tried accessing on browsers my phone and still same problem.

    No longer works with Opera browser as of 5/6/2021. Was working in the past. You need better web developers as this is totally unreliable. Where can I get a refund for my useless device?

    Using Win10 Here... Chrome, Firefox & MS Edge all OK....
