My drive not allowing added location to route

For some reason when I try and a location to a route it is telling me it is not possible to add. These are Jeep trails I’ve programmed in before but now for some reason it’s not letting me create the route I want.

    Is the trail actually displayed on the Tomtom Map or is it an Off Road Jeep Trail ???

    Thanks for responding. The road shows up on the map and I’ve ridden it before but for some reason tomtom does not want to recognize it...
