The app stops working on Vodafone Smart Prime 7

After the latest update the app doen't work anymore on Vodafone Smart Prime 7. The APP doesn't connect to the GPS. I already tried to disintall and install again. The GPS is enabled and Google Maps works.

    Hi @walter_ps2

    Welcome to the Community! Do you have the Location permission enabled for the Go Navigation app? On your phone, Under Settings> Location> Mode> select 'High accuracy' and restart your phone to check if the app is able to pick up the signal.

    Yes it's on 'High accuracy' . I have reinstalled the app, hard reset the phone, but nothing... it doens't work anymore.

    I'm out of suggestions and have not seen this with any other phone models. Sorry, but it'll be best if you can report it to the support.
