Live service and traffic information not available since renewal

Lexus CT MoveOn application does not receive traffic information anymore, despite the renewal.
Reboot, backup do not help.
What happened with the Live server ?

    Hi @initrebla

    I would recommend that you do a factory reset and login again with your TomTom account credentials(on the device)
    If that does not help then it could be an issue related to the SIM...
