    I have already purchased & downloaded voices but they are not coming through onto my Tom Tom.

    Welcome to the site....
    The restrictions as a result of the Coronavirus, Social Distancing and people working from home, are probably delaying the Activation of Accounts and the Allocation of Maps & Services to Account’/Devices....
    @VikramK or @lampard the Forum Moderators should pick this up on Monday and check/correct your Tomtom Account status.....

    Check... Tap 4Dot (.... Menu) Are any of the sound Icons slashed through

    Welcome to the community!
    I see both the voices are active for your device. Are they not giving any voice directions during your travel.

    Note: These are recorded voices so they can't read street names etc, for that you will need the computer voices.
