wrong speed sign

my tomtom essential says always 40mph sign on m62 but anywhere else its ok but any other device says the 70mph.why please and can i get it to the proper sign

    I've noticed that may roads in my area (west sussex) are showing the wrong speed limit, where they never used to. It's regularly showing 40 in a 60 limit.

    I guess there was a map update that has them wrong.

    I started to report the errors on mapshare but it's not easy as you have to zoom in to the area and can't see how long the stretch it you're reporting.

    The road I reported was wrong for about 5 miles, fortunately my car has camera's that spot road signs and sows me the correct speed limit but it's a pain as Carplay sends a loud warning beep every time I exceed the 'limit' by a few mph and mutes the music.
