have had the watch for about 3 years. Suddenly it won't sync. `it connects fine, and says it is syncing configuration and then says it is updating GPS and then get error message saying try again plus a message saying disc not properly ejected. Have put watch in dock firmly etc. What do I try now?

Sorry about my late reply! Can you please make a Factory reset in recovery mode on your watch and see if it helps?
