Do all rider 550's support hands free
My Rider 550 does not have a Hands free calling option listed in the Bluetooth menu. When I get an incoming call the green & red phone icons appear on the screen along with the caller ID. Selecting the green button,or the red, does nothing. I can answer the call via my Sena headset button. The Bluetooth menu shows both my Galaxy S9 and my Sena headset as paired devices. I purchased the tom tom in the Netherlands and am wondering if Hands Free is not supported by my version

Hi @Benny748
Welcome to the community!
The RIDER 550 supports hands-free calling, see user guide
Could you do a soft reset and check again, please?
Another helpful video explaining the process-
Thanks, Vikram0 -
Unfortunately this made no difference. I still cannot answer phone calls via my Tom tom 550 even though the phone Icons and the caller ID appear on the screen
Thanks anyway0 -
You're not the only one with this problem. Mine also doesn't work. It didn't on my galaxy S9, and not on my new galaxy s20.0

Guys,
They must have broken it when they made it better. All worked great on my Rider 2.
I really miss my old Rider 2..0
