So, I buy a Tom Tom to save using a map. I don't travel very often so it was for long term use as and when I needed it. It is now outdated and Tom Tom wants me to buy a new one as they "can't" update it. In my eyes the product is NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE . Mine has hardly been used and now I need to buy a new one. If thats not ripping people off, what is!

    Hi Yam, took me a while to find out how to navigate to here. I haven't got a clue which model it is and not technical at all. If it means anything it has TomTom XL and N14644 on the label at the bottom. Sorry if not much use.
