another new rider 50 that won't update maps

Hi, seen several posts about this, so is it just a wait and see because of reduced staff as some of the posts have said ?
Had the device for over a week now and whilst there have been updates, none have been the maps, stubbornly stuck on 1020, kindly telling me my map is 20 months old Done all the usual, soft reset hard reset etc etc.

    Morning, just an update, just connected up a new start 52 for a friend and it updated the maps straight away, unfortunately the rider 50, still sitting on version 1020.
