I have a Start 62 but whilst I am in Germany, I need to access all TomTom services in English

If I to connect my device to the computer and launch MyDrive, the unit shows "network status" as "Not Connected" despite MyDrive showing my correct personal account details. Any advice as to what I might be doing wrong?

    Wich pc System do you have?
    Somteimes a drumreset on the device helps, that the device connects to the pc/MyDrive Connect.

    For a drumreset hold th power button about 20sec til the device restart with the drum noise.
