We have a TomTom via52 on loan from my parents. Now I want to update the maps, but this only works through the paid channel. She life cards ... How can update for free?

    Hi @EsterDanser

    Hopefully @VikramK can have a look at the account for the unit and see if it is supposed to have lifetime maps and if so make any changes necessary to activate them. I assume you are logged into the same account as the unit is linked too both here and on the unit..
