how do I 'Import' a route into my GO PREMIUM device?..

I'm trying to load in some routes to my Go Premium & the website I got them from, says look for 'Itinerary Planning' and load them in via that - but I can't find 'Itinerary Planning' anywhere - any advice out there?!..thanks

    Hi - I'm afraid I'm not having any joy!...The micro SD card I am using can only be formatted to ExFAT not FAT32 - do you think that's what the problem might be?..
    I also tried formatting the card IN the tomtom, then dropping the .ITN files on & putting it back in...still didn't recognise them?..

    What size is the memory card?
    TomTom devices only accept memory cards up to 32GB

    The Max size size for the Micro SDHC card is 32GB and MUST be formatted FAT32 before the device will recognise the Memory Card
