Lifetime Map Update Not Available
a few years ago I bought a Via 135M which was marketed with "lifetime map updates".
Now I wanted to update the Europe map because my navigation device told me that the map is out of date.
However, online in my tom tom profile I only have the option of "Europe - Single Map Download" and need to pay if I want to update the map.
Did I do something wrong? My device is registered with the serial number online.

I am sorry, I could not find any reference to Lifetime Map Update Services embedded with this device. I would recommend that you contact the customer service with a soft copy of the purchase invoice.
They should be able to assist you with the activation.

Also the serial number of the device starts with "BP". Is this information correct?
