in Devices using MyDrive Connect
My Trucker 6000 has stopped routing around congestion. My subscription is shown as active and expires at the beginning of September.

The traffic icon on the main screen is greyed out and there is a small x next to it.

If it's of any relevance, the unit has been switched off for two months.

All suggestions gratefully received.

    Welcome to the community!
    I see the previous subscription for TomTom Traffic ended in May 2020. Further you have ordered a new subscription on 27th June 2020.
    Is the device still having difficulties in connecting to TomTom Traffic?
