Rider 50 - won´t update maps

I just bought a Rider 50, it did some updates as soon as it connected to the internet, but it won´t update the maps, it says v10.20, but from what I can see its a 2018 version.
Shouldn't I have lifetime updates? I just bought it today.

During this current situation wt many working from home it appears that accounts are occasionally taking longer to get set up fully.
Hopefully @VikramK or @lampard will see this on Monday and sort it out for you.
Look back then in the meantime play with the new toy so you get to know it well.

So this is just a temporary problem?
For a moment I thought I have bought a model without map updates, but it says in the box "lifetime updates"0 -
