Rider 50 - won´t update maps

I just bought a Rider 50, it did some updates as soon as it connected to the internet, but it won´t update the maps, it says v10.20, but from what I can see its a 2018 version.
Shouldn't I have lifetime updates? I just bought it today.

    So this is just a temporary problem?
    For a moment I thought I have bought a model without map updates, but it says in the box "lifetime updates"

    Thank you, I already have read the manual, is there something in specific you want me to check?

    From what I have been reading I think my problem is in the subscriptions.

    I checked my account today and there are some new maps there, active!
    So I guess It was a matter of time! Thank you for your help @DougLap
