Add a used TomTom 5000 to my mydrive connect account

Hi, can i add a used TomTom 5000 to my mydrive connect account?

Are there any prerequisites?
Like not being connected to another account..?
Or others...?

Or can you add any tomtom to your mydrive connect account?

Hi @erikv2

If you go into Settings/System on the unit and select Reset Device will return the unit to the Out of the Box situation, except it will not change the versions of the maps and operating software on the unit, but will remove all the data on it..

When you set the unit up you input the account you want it to to relate to and if that already has favourites (My Places0 etc on it they will be synced to the GO5000 as well. You can have up to about 10 devices on the same account.
