Lifetime traffic and speed cam is about to expire? Is this a bug?

I got a premium X yesterday, with lifetime traffic and speed cams.
Now I checked the status of the subscription on my device for the lifetime traffic and cams.
But seems the expire in a month?!? This can’t be correct is it?
Can anyone help me at tomtom support to fix this.

I have the same problem: Go Premium (with lifetime traffic and camera services) received and set up today, and it says Traffic will expire on 22 July. How do I correct that, please?0
