How do I contact TOMTOM if I think my account has been hacked?
Today I received an email from TomTom Transactional with an order confirmation for a subscription to live services. I thought this was a phishing email so marked as spam. I decided to check my account when I got a second email which included instructions on how to cancel this subscription and found that the order exists in my account. I am concerned as I have not placed the order. My device has free lifetime traffic. I will cancel the subscription and changed my password, but I am concerned about how the order was placed in the first place. I cannot find a way to send them an email, my device is no longer supported by them.
