Updating the Map results many time to an errorr

Last week I started to update the map.
First the MyDriveConnect asked to update himself. I agreed.

Afterwards I tried to update the map. Result was: Map damaged. Or Map missed.
Actually the map is missed I am not able to reinstall.

The update failed all the times. What can I do?

    Hi @Maria123

    Welcome to the community!
    The logs in the backend show that the installation could be impacted by CASE 3.1 explained here

    Perhaps trying to install updates using a different network could help.

    The hints in the link doesn't help. Sorry.
    Download fits with LAN-cable every time, only update failled.

    But now we tried on an other device (other computer) from a friend with a new instalation of the MyDrive. It looks good.

    Could it be, that MyDrive doesn't work with Windows 7 anymore?
