go live 820 support- Purchase of LIVE Services

I have just tried to renew my Live Services subscription for my device (Go Live 820, FWxxxxxxxxx35) but I get a 'device incompatible' message. Does this mean I can no longer use Live Services on this device?

    Your device is fully supported through phone and email. You can also get help through our user forum and FAQs.

    Where are you getting the Error Message ???
    On the Device, or MyDrive Connect or from the Tomtom Web Shop ???

    Maybe contact Tomtom Support....

    Thanks FazMan, I was getting this message using MyDrive Connect. i've emailed TomTom support as you suggested. I need Live Traffic and cameras but don't want to buy a new unit as this old one still works like new.
