    The my TomTom app is most unhelpful. I find all my friends having problem with this product.

    That is because they went out of business over 2.5 years and ceased all production and development and severely curtailed support. Please tell me you did not buy it recently. If so, return it and get a watch from a brand that actually exists. If it is an old watch that is out of warranty you re out of luck. If it is in warranty your only support option is through chat or email during business hours I India using the Contact Us link at the bottom of this page.
