ext poi download to start 25

now it seems not possibile download external poi in start 25. is it correct?

    Agreed! Works very easily. (only problem was that the actual POI list I added was pretty hopeless once I got it running . . .)

    I installed a list of French picnic sites (downloaded from PocketGPSworld) that turned out to have only 3 picnic sites listed

    Just had a quick look on the PocketGPSworld website and it appears that the file you have downloaded is dated 26/06/2012 and only has 3 sites on it. When you look at the individual files you are given a date and number of POI's on the file.

    Thanks. Useful for future attempts but it was the only listing I could find. I then looked for 'aires de pic-nic' instead of 'French picnic sites' and found literally thousands (with a number of duplicates of course) on several sites and the http://169.254.255.1/pcmi/?locale=en_gb link above worked perfectly again
