i want immediately stop my cameras updates

    This is a customer based forum and so you need to contact customer to resolve this as mentioned in earlier posts to you on the same subject.

    You could try connecting your unit to My Drive connect and see if then if you click on Cameras you get an option to stop payment there.

    If not this is the Phone Number for the Netherlands Customer Support but it may well not be available at the moment because of the current situation.
