We have just swapped from TOM TOM devices to the GO app on android due to a new work app.
Is it possible to add OV2 files to an SD card inserted in the device and let it pull up POI's?
The app we use can find grid co-ordinates but some of our OV2 files have access tracks which are not marked on the map, such as forestry roads or farmers private roads.

Ah. Thats good.
You can upload the *ov2 files to the MyDrive webside.
https://mydrive.tomtom.com/en_gb/
There you must log in with the same account data that you use in the App.
Then you can upload your *ov2 files.
Note: max size is 2MB per file
When you upload it sucsessful the Poilist wil be visible in the App under "MyPlaces"
Sorry for the German screenshots1 -
you also can pot the *ov2 files local on your device.

Just so you know, i have been using VF/ o2/ ee and other pois for years, after the update i lost the ability to use these..i have just been told by TomTom that ov2 file use is being evaluated by the devs, "will provide an update to users if and when the feature is planned for release" version 2.2.30
