My phone cannot be discovered on my device

Hallo!
I am using Tomtom Go 510 and I want to connect my phone with my device.
I open the Bluetooth and the hotspot on my phone (iPhone X), but it cannot be seen on the device. What should I do?

    Hi @Zoe_Ma

    I would advise that you do a soft reset(press and hold the on/off button until you hear the drum sounds)

    Follow the steps as advised in the user guide.
