@Ermax
For Recovery Mode to work... The device must be capable of showing as Connected for the Recovery process to complete....

I'm Running Win10... All OK no problems....
Try.... With MyDrive Connect running... Your device plugged in and turned on
On the PC keyboard... Press the Windows Button + X key
Choose Device Manager
The Device Manager Window opens
Double Click on the '>' character to the left of Network adapters
The Network adapters Menu opens
Note...
My Via 120 Live (#2) & GO Premium (#8) are both connected to USB
If the Tomtom#'n' Icon or the Remote NDIS Compatible Device Icon has a Yellow Exclamation displayed then there is a problem with the installed Driver....
Note... The Driver can be also be listed as a Remote NDIS Compatible Device... My GO Premium displays as 'NDIS Compatible Device #8'

Maybe Win 10s Troubleshooter will fix the Driver Problems (Or any other USB problems)
With MyDrive Connect running... Your device plugged in and turned on
On the PC keyboard... Press the Windows Button + R key
In the Run box type... Control printers
Click OK
The Devices and Printers window opens
Right Click on the Tomtom Icon and select 'Troubleshoot'
Note... Maybe listed as a Remote NDIS Compatible Device....
My GO Premium displays as 'NDIS Compatible Device #8'
Then follow on-screen instructions....

Hi all
@Ermax
Can you charge your device with a main charger, smartphone/Iphone/Tablet 1 or better 2A, at least 2/3 hours, USB ports only give 500mAh. The Recovery Mode require a full battery.
... and that the battery can keep its charge for a minimum of time (see the message of @VikramK )
Then do a Soft Reset of your device:
- With your device Not connected to your PC and "Switch On".
- If your battery begins to have weaknesses let the device plugged in at the smartphone main charger.
==> Press and hold the On/Off button until you hear the drum sounds. Release the button. This can take 30 seconds or more. The device restarts. If you see a black screen with white text, hold down the button until you hear the drum sounds.
Only after all that retry the Recovery Mode if needed:

I see on your screenshot that your device is mentioned "up to date".
No map problem? No corrupted EU map?
Maybe the map installed on a micro-sd card? Sometimes getting out and re-entering the micro-sd helps (to do with the device switch off).

Hello,
Let let it charge for about 6 hours. After that I did the reset.
Then it ended at 100%
Restarted the Tomtom. and again it keeps rebooting... no change

I have the same problem. My 520 keeps rebooting after an update yesterday.
We exchanged information with various TomTom support employees for a long time, but they also couldn't solve anything.
1x even been advised to wait 1 hour and then restart. This completely pointless advice is mysterious.
The software in the device is probably corrupt but I don't have a program to access it.0 -
Remove SD card
And try the Recovery mode using MyDrive Connect.
