Payed for a year but no subscription on my phone

I payed for a year with google pay but the app keeps telling that I have no subscription. I live in the Netherlands and I have a LG G6. I deleted and installed the app, but no luck. It keeps saying free miles 75km and upgrade. When I push the restore purchase button I says that is nothing to restore.
