Start 52 lost map on update process

Start52 with its serial number is connected to MyDriveConnect account. Device memory indicator show that memory have about 6400 megabyte free. No maps in memory.
Account show that there are none maps to update or download. Start52 device is only 2 months old. The device should have lifetime maps.
What was gone wrong ?
