How can I get my money back from an order via the internet. I have bought an update but am not getting the Blue & Me tomtom 2 from a fiat of my daughter paired with mydrive connect. via the mydrive site you keep going around with the answers to the problem and TomTom customer service has disappeared from the face of the earth. the phone is paired with an answering machine. So they do have that technique under control there.
