Checking of update hangs and will take forever!!
I am trying for several days now to update my tomtom rider through myDrive Connect. Downloading is fine but after the download I see the message Busy checking, I've waited several times for a few hours but it is still checking. So impossible to update. How many days do I have to wait for the check to complete and the actual update of the system (new Europe card) to start ?

see if the antivirus, firewall is configured to allow mydrive connect downloads. Also there is an option to download content directly to the device under mydrive connect settings. You can try that.0

Virusscanner is off, firewall off, as mentioned the download is doing fine, the problem is the check after the download. Just tried again and its now on this moment for 4 hours on checking... see the screen.0

Today, more than 2 yrs (! ! !) after U2Edge posted complaint, this problem still persists. Utterly Unacceptable
