'No Maps Found'

Hi all
I'm trying to download a Europe Truck map onto my 5150 Pro Truck via MyDrive Connect.
I have followed all the instructions in the 'No Maps Found' video from another post, but it still fails when I try to install the map. The device shows over 8MB of free space which is plenty for the map (4773MB) but when it fails (about 30 secs into the download to device part of the process), it shows only 3332MB available and 4772MB as already installed....so not enough memory available, despite emptying the 'download folder' as instructed in the video. I have installed a 16GB memory card in the 5150, but of course it wont allow me to use it as the message still shows 'No Maps Available' and I think it needs a map to ask you if you want to use it for map storage?
Has anyone got an idea of how I can sort this out?

    On the rare occasions I have a problem with myDrive Connect
    I Delete MyDrive Connect using the free version of Revo Uninstaller then Reinstall MyDrive Connect....

    Or... Instead of UN-installing & RE-installing MyDrive Connect
    I find deleting the "HOME3" and the "MyDrive Connect" folders in the MyDrive Connect Program... To be just as effective for giving MyDrive Connect a CPR...

    I'm on a Mac but have found the two folders you mentioned (Home3 and MyDriveConnect) and deleted them. Hurrah.. that's done the trick after a couple of frustrating weeks I've updated it successfully.

    The "HOME3" and the "MyDrive Connect" folders are located here...
    MacOS: Users\Username\Library\Application Support\TomTom\

    Thanks for your reply. I followed your suggestions but all to no avail.....still getting a failure after uninstalling everything to do with MyDrive Connect....even erasing it all with erasing software. :(

    This is actually my Brother-in Laws TomTom but as he doesn't have a computer I am trying to sort it out for him....I've been trying for 4 days now.....getting despondent :(

    @VikramK or @lampard the Forum Moderators should pick this up in the Morning and check your Map subscriptions and if required will allocate a small Map to act as a keeper

    A smaller map of UK and ROI has been activated for your device.

    It should be offered in MyDrive Connect.

    Thanks for your quick response.
    I've done a soft reset and cleared the download folder before trying to install the smaller map.
    Unfortunately it failed again saying 'Sorry, some items weren't updated'....which is the same message I get every time. I've tried the install 5 times and got the same result :(
