Sport app and watch doesn’t synchronise activities...

    The factory reset clears the activities that had not been uploaded unfortunately, but there was no other way to sync it. I would strongly consider syncing by computer, it is much more reliable.

    Nothing to be done with this little information. What device are you suing, what device are you syncing on, what error messages are you getting? Without a detailed description of the problem and what steps you have taken to remedy it there is no way to help you

    Tomtom runner 3 cardio music with iphone 8 tomtom sports app. Message: can not synchronise activities.

    I already did all the steps on your site like: disconnect watch and reconnect again, restart phone, connect the watch with pc But nothing works...

    Thanks I think it will work now ... however I lost ten activities...
