map update Australia

My wife Marie and I purchased a map update Australia - 1 year Map Update Service Order #4xxxxxx017 on 16/03/2020 hoping to use it on Mazda NB1 which connects via Tomtom Home. However it does not seem compatible. Is this correct? If so, can I get a refund?

The map update service you ordered is compatible with your Mazda NB1 device. The map should be offered for download in TomTom HOME.

In the email I received the map was NOT offered for download in TomTom HOME.
