Routes from Laptop to Phone

I have set up a new TomTom account. I have downloaded the App to iPhone. They aren't connected, even though I'm logged in on same account on both.
I want to plan a route on laptop and send to my phone. How do I do that?

Currently the Go Navigation App for IOS does not support the transfer of routes from MyDrive To your phone. The App recognised your MyPlaces and syncs with My Drive for those. The MAps in My Drive and the App are different and Tomtom have said they are working to make them compatible. Once this is done it will need Apples agreement to incorporate the transfer of the Data within the App.
