I have not used my Go500. While trying installing a new card, the update proces crasher. Now the activation code is requested. Please help.

I have asked the team to make some changes to your device in the backend. You should now be able to install the maps using MyDrive Connect.
First, do a soft reset and then check for updates(MyDrive Connect)

If you input GO500 battery into YouTube you will be able to find videos on how to change the battery. If you feel able to do it yourself the batteries are available via the internet , some coming with tools to help. Of course all work is at your own risk.

Another question. Without charging the battery drain is imminent. is a replacement possible?0 -
