Moving data between Home and MyDrive Connect??

Hi folks
a) My DEVICE Tom Tom 5000 with free European maps (on a micro SD) ONLY syncs with Tom Tom MyDrive Connect.
b) My Mazda CX-5 has a normal Tom Tom SD card which ONLY syncs with Tom Tom home.
Is there anyway I can transfer my European map updates from my DEVICE to my Mazda SD card?

The Maps are linked to the Serialnumber of the devices.
