You just pop the watch module out from the strap. It may take some extra effort if it has been on for awhile as there is likely dried sweat and dirt gluing it in.5

Your best bet is to look online at eBay and other sites. That watch has been discontinued for years and TT Sports has been out of business for over two and a half, so there is likely no stock. Make sure it is a Runner strap. the later watches (Spark, Runner 2, Adventurer) were different sized so those straps will not work.2

Thanks for the reply. I purchased the strap directly from tom tom service. Now I have to replace it but I can't remove the old strap.0
