I am unable to log into TomTom Home

I've reset my password a zillion times. I can log into the TomTom website after I reset my password but when I go into the downloaded software on my laptop, I can see the file I need to download but it asks me to login and won't accept the password. I hit Can't Remember Password and start over but it is a loop.

I'm using Windows 10. I've set the Firewall to allow HomeGroup (there was no Home) but the only option was to check Private but my home network is set as public (because other people use it when they visit).

    Hi @StephanieW

    We are currently having some technical difficulties which impact the login process in TomTom HOME software application.

    The issue is currently been investigated and I would advise that you try after some time.

    As soon as I have any further updates I will post back here.

    Thank you. I was able to log in but now it says item was not valid after installation, not started because of earlier failures.

    Tried again. It seems to be working now.
