Smartphone messages not compatible

mobile: Redmi note 8 (Xiaomi) 2019, Android 9 (pie)
Browser: TOMTOM GO 620 wifi
the Nav. fails to establish a bluetooth connection with the app relative to the notification of messages from the smartphone, it always results incompatible if I use the MYDRIVE app, but actually, I can connect to bluetooth only, without opening the app and with the data connection turned on, so I can manage to make hands-free calls.
I have tried to desynchronize in bluetooth the browser and the mobile in the browser by deleting it several times, I have realized that if after having associated them only via bt I want to use the app, I have to cancel it from the browser and start from zero in the app.
I understand that it is a problem due to the app (latest version).
Previously I had an old mobile phone, from 5 years ago and connecting without problems with all the functionalities, and no mess.
Can you help me with that please
Sincerely

Hi @Marco_GO
Welcome to the community!
Could you try some of the troubleshooting steps below-
1. Factory reset the device- Main menu- Settings- System- Reset device
2. Delete all Bluetooth pairings on your smartphone.
3. Start afresh pairing
Let me know how it goes..
Regards
