I have a Tom Tom Spark 3 watch, bought in November 2017 and it looks like the battery is going fast, can the batteries be replaced or do I have to throw the watch away!!

You can try and replace them yourself but it is not a simple process and you need to source the battery yourself. You can search for videos online for it. It does work but you need special tools to do it. I would first try a factory reset and request a firmware rollback, but at the age of your device it is likely just a depleted battery.10
