XXL450S Lost all voices

Since the last couple of upgrades, I have lost all voices the only English ones I can seem to find on my PC and restore are UK English and I am looking for US English as I had before.

    Do you have a back-up of the voice stored on the computer?

    Which exact voice are you looking for?

    I have tried to install voices from my computer that were backed up but just get install to internal memory and then it just sits there and does nothing.
