Unable to connect to TomTom services

I have had my device for 3 years and had no issues. Suddenly it lost access to traffic after doing a map update and I cannot get it back. If I try to log in to TomTom services it says cannot connect please tr later and that has been going on for 3 weeks. GPS is working but no traffic. I have followed all the troubleshooting and reset etc. etc and have lost access to all of My Places as a result but not got I've services back

I would recommend that you contact the customer service and report the connectivity issues.
This could be a problem related to the built-in SIM.
They should be able to check the status(SIM) and offer advise accordingly.
