GO 500 & MyDrive Connect problem — TomTom Community

GO 500 & MyDrive Connect problem

My GO500 and My Drive has trouble communicating with my iPhone 11. The Go 500 says the iPhone 11 is connected and the Bluetooth says it is connected, but then when trying to communicate the My Drive app says there is an error connecting and the GO 500 says that the connection was lost. Any fixes????
