help pls, uk maps subscription lost

please can you help, I seem to have lost my lifetime subscription to all the uk maps

it happened after I uninstalled a uk map on my memory card.

can you re-enable all the uk maps on my account

I have emailed support but no response

    problem solved, I have found the maps
    there is no uk maps folder
    to access uk maps you have to select the europe folder
    hope this helps anyone with the same problem
