Traffic function shows: 'Service Unavailable'

Had the device a couple weeks and the 'traffic' symbol has a cross beside it and with 'Service Unavailable'. It's never given an alternative route to avoid jams.

Hello, the traffic service at my TT550 is also unavailable.
Reinstalled mydrive, reconnected to my phone, no connection.

Welcome to the community!
I see there are two RIDER devices linked to your account. Do you have the same problem on both the models?
To troubleshoot I would recommend that you try a factory reset. Pair the phone and log in to TomTom services.
Main menu- Settings- System- Reset device
