My Tomtom go premium x is displaying speed cameras and traffc has expired. Should be lifetime

I have contacted customer services who called me and told me to go online. No help whatsoever. Was expecting traffic and speed cameras to work but did not on way home to Scotland from England. Did not identify that main route home had been closed & to take alternate route. Premium x should be lifetime everything & have no idea how to change the expired motices & update
