Why is there no support at all for Go premium X on the TomTom web sjte

This product does not live up to its name or specification. I can just say to my phone Navigate to A6070, Milnthorpe LA7 7NU UK" to Google maps and that's it. Done.
On the TomTom app app to find addresses in the UK, it dies not exist at all. It has what seems to be a world map, and comes up with a list of places everywhere especially in America, but in the UK. It cannot produce any satisfactory result when spoken to, and cannot find A6070, Milnthorpe LA7 7NU UK at all. Google finds it instantly.
Looks like I made a mistake buying this sart nav. It dies not have full post codes, and whenever I get to as a question on support, it always come up with
"WARNING
There was a problem with the request and the action could not be completed"
I did not pay £250+ for a sub standard navigator. How do I get the thing fixed?

    Hi @Hwalker1

Go into Setting/voices and change voice to Serena and then it will announce cameras etc based on what you select. Jame is a recorded voice and is limited in what it can do ie it does not work with Voice control.

When you Tap menu is the first option Drive To. Or Search. If Drive To then

    Tap menu
    Tap Settings
    Tap System
Tap Step by Step against Chose Search and change to Quick Search.

This should sort and Postcode issue. Do not leave a gap in the Postcode when entering it.

I thought it must be a known problem.
I only have a chrome browser on my Android phone. It's quick enough, but whoever does the CSS for the TomTom site needs to go back to school. It's 15 years since I retired from programming for phones and web sites. I am sure that anyone with a years programming experience could produce a better help page than there is on the site. They are relying on the forum to come up with the help.
Thanks for yours, which has been great.

Thanks guys that has restored my confidence. Missing spaces in postcodes is something that any competent programmer could sort in 5 minutes and prevent the problem from happening.
The user guide provided is not at all phone friendly, and is probably down to Microsoft being in control. How many people bother with a computer these days?
I used to be able to ring the designer of TomTom up at his home in the Netherlands and ask him to re-code the program so it ran on my PDA. Which he did!
Sadly things have changed for the worse since 2002.
I find the web site not at all helpful in most cases, as all I get is apologies for it being unable to find answers. So much for Microsoft AI!

During office hours there is support. Over weekends one has to rely on the forum, which works better than the TomTom website. Thanks for your help.
